Birds and Botanicals

This week I have taken a break from the printmaking, to enjoy a bit of watercolour.  I've been looking at some of the foliage in the garden and mixing it with some of my garden birds.  This has been a lovely dip into some illustration work, which I am thinking could make an interesting and versatile piece of design.

It has also been an absolute pleasure to have the late afternoon sunshine streaming through my studio window.
